WE have used Precision before and were always happy and completely please with all aspects of the work. This time we had a broken spring on one door and minor problems with two other doors. Precision reacted quickly and with excellent communications. At the appointed hour, Joshua Giron appeared and with limited space we can say that everything that he did was picture perfect. We have managed thousands, yes thousands of people, and this fellow Joshua is tops in technical competence, customer relations, accounting and all other aspects of the job. We want to sure that Brandon Falone (sp) and the President read this. Your Joshua should be your model for superior service, Please acknowledge this note so we can be sure that you recieved the word. Precision couldn't have been any better! I scheduled the call to come look at my garage doors early morning and they were at my home the same day. Carlos was incredible! He was so knowledgable, helpful and patient. He assessed the situation and gave me options. Once we made a decision, the doors were fixed the same day. He took the time to explain what he was doing, what was being installed and how to use the system. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone and if you get Carlos Ortiz you are very lucky!

I called in the morning and within a few hours Joshua called and said he was on the way. He arrived promptly, looked at the problem with the garage door. He then let me know options. Once we decided he fixed it. He was very professional. We will use Precision again if we need to! We needed more than the springs replaced but I was only able to select one item.

What an excellent experience, from making the appointment to completion of the work! I especially love the communication texts to confirm appointments, providing information on the employee (including a picture!) and sending updates and tracking on arrival. EVERY company should do this. And to top it off, the employee (Anthony) was super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with him there and the work he completed was excellent .Very impressed. Thank you so much! Would use this company again in a heartbeat ????.

Brilliant service. Very responsive and helpful. We couldn't open the garage door to get the car out. They came out the same day, within a few hours and had all the parts to complete the job including installing a new light which we hadn't requested on the original phone call. The technician, Jeffery Barrales, went above and beyond helping to set up the App, setting the garage door openers on 3 different cars and explaining all the work that had been done, even though it was late in the day. An excellent service carried out by an experienced and super nice/helpful person.

I have used Precision several times now and they always send the most pleasant and polite service people. This week, Jeffrey Barrales came at 6PM on a Friday--I was informed that he would be running toward the end of my window--and when he arrived he was so pleasant and helpful and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I appreciated his good spirits even at the end of what I'm sure was a long day. I will used Precision again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.
