I called Precision Door on Monday 11/9 and was given an appointment for the following morning. I was updated by text about my appointment and who would be coming to my house. Today, Tuesday 11/10 Mike Manning and another Mike came to my house at the time scheduled. They were both extremely kind and very professional & knowledgeable. I was told what was wrong and given an estimate for the work needed. I found the price to be very reasonable and told them to go ahead and do the job. They completed the work in an hour and explained everything to me. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone and thanks again Mike & Mike!!!

In February 2018 I had a complete new door, opener and hardware instillation which I was very happy with. All the folks I dealt with were friendly, polite and courteous. However, I have had 2 episodes, one in March and one in early May, of a roller coming off track making it so the door couldn’t close. Prompt repairs were done both times but I couldn’t get a good explanation as to why it happened.

We had new garage doors installed by Reinaldo and Brian. They did a terrific job and we are so pleased. They were very professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable with any questions we had during the installation. We look forward to having the job completed when the locks, molding and hardware are installed. We would highly recommend Precision Door!!!!

Travis and Todd came to our house this morning - right on time! to estimate for new garage doors. There were many obstacles to overcome as our garage was built in the 1930's and is not typical and could not accommodate standard doors without adjustments. They were very professional, patient and knowledgeable. It was so nice to work with them and we are looking forward to our new garage doors being installed.
