Our experience today with Precision Overhead Garage Doors went exceptionally well. I unfortunately backed into my garage door two days ago. Very quick and professional service. I called on a Saturday morning of a 3,day weekend with snow in the forecast. Tom responded to the call in less than an hour and had the snapped cable and partially tilted door repaired shortly afterward. An estimate was provided first and the repair went just as expected. The snow just started and all my cars are now in a warm garage. Other companies couldn’t come until Tuesday, I will always remember Precision and use them for all future service.

We had and I use the word "Had" a buckle in our garage door. We received in a mailer a coupon for Precision Door and made the call. They were out the next day, professional, friendly, skilled and HONEST!!!!! He fixed the buckle, gave me his opinion for the future of the door which was the same conclusion we had come too. The experience was a very good one and we would recommend this company.

I chose Precision to repair two garage doors after researching several companies on the internet. My decision was heavily weighted on customer reviews. The customer service representative was able to accommodate my schedule and followed up with a confirmation email. My technician, Leo R, called 1 hour prior to my scheduled appointment to confirm that he would be here as scheduled. Leo was very professional and efficient. After completing a safety inspection he gave me several options and recommendations for the required repairs. One door required a new door opener and the other required a door re-build kit. Leo said the work would take approximately 2 hours to complete. He had all the parts required for the job in his truck, and completed the job (including clean-up) within the estimated time frame. Both doors operate smoothly and are much quieter. I would definitely call Precision for future work, and I highly recommend this company.

I can highly recommend Precision! All the people were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I loved getting an email beforehand with a photo of who to expect. My old garage door was replaced with a new door. The servicemen showed up on time, worked efficiently and left the work place spotless!!
